wine exuded aromas of pear, green apple, lime and melon. One taster remarked
that the wine seemed to almost be effervescent in the mouth. Flavors of soft
banana, crisp Granny Smith apple, cinnamon and lime zest flooded the palate,
leaving a finish of sour apples with hints of yeast and
fruit. This versatile Italian gem would fare well with risotto or a baked fish
